New Jujutsu Kaisen Restaurant Collab Serves Up Edible Sukuna’s Fingers

Popular ramen chain Dotonbori Kamukura has officially announced a new collaboration with the hit anime series Jujutsu Kaisen, launching a special menu and merchandise campaign across its restaurants.
The collaboration celebrates the ongoing broadcast of the anime’s third season, “Culling Game,” by introducing dishes inspired by key characters and their abilities.

A standout item in the campaign is the “Sukuna’s Finger Char Siu,” a limited-edition topping designed to replicate the appearance and texture of the cursed object “Ryomen Sukuna’s Finger.”
This item, developed to achieve “ultimate realism,” uses cartilage to mimic a crunchy, bone-like texture and is marinated in a soy-based sauce that complements Kamukura’s signature soup.

The menu is divided into three periods, starting with dishes inspired by Yuji Itadori and Choso.
The “Yuji Itadori’s Divergent Fist Ramen” features a tomato-based soup representing his character colour, topped with roasted cheese for a savoury finish.

“Choso’s Flowing Red Scale Karaage” adds a spicy yangnyeom sauce and shredded chilli peppers to the chain’s popular fried chicken side dish.
Subsequent periods will introduce items like “Megumi Fushiguro’s Chimera Shadow Garden Tantanmen,” a black sesame noodle dish, and “Kinji Hakari’s Heat-Loving Fried Rice.”

The final wave will feature “Yuta Okkotsu’s Pure Love White Ramen,” a clam chowder-style noodle soup, and “Panda Gyoza” topped with black sesame sauce.
Exclusive merchandise featuring new illustrations will be available at select stores and online, including acrylic stands, clear files, and trading can badges.

Customers who order collaboration items or buy goods will receive a random “Clear Card” as a novelty gift.
