Good Smile Company announces re-release of Wind Waker and Majora’s Mask Link Nendoroids
Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for a re-release of two classic Nendoroid figures of the hero, Link, from The Legend of Zelda series.
The two products are the “Nendoroid Link: The Wind Waker Ver.,” originally released in 2015, and the “Nendoroid Link: Majora’s Mask 3D Ver.,” which first debuted in 2016.
Nendoroids are a popular line of collectible figures known for their “chibi” or “super-deformed” art style, featuring large heads on smaller, posable bodies.
The two Link Nendoroids are the latest Nintendo character Nendoroids to be re-released following the recent re-opening of pre-orders for Isabelle from Animal Crossing.
The “Wind Waker Ver.” is based on Link’s unique, cel-shaded “Toon Link” appearance from the GameCube title, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
This figure comes with four different interchangeable expression parts, including a standard face, a smiling face, a combat face, and a nervous face, to capture the character’s comical and expressive personality from that game.
Accessories include his Hero’s Sword, Hero’s Shield, a Heart Container, and the game’s key item, the Wind Waker baton, along with a special effect part to recreate his spin attack.
The second figure, the “Majora’s Mask 3D Ver.,” is based on his appearance in the Nintendo 3DS remake of the dark and complex Nintendo 64 title.
This version comes with a variety of iconic items from that game, including the Kokiri Sword, Hero’s Shield, a bottle of Red Potion, and the popular Bunny Hood.
A key feature of this set is the inclusion of the three main transformation masks: the Deku Mask, the Goron Mask, and the Zora Mask.
It also comes with the evil Majora’s Mask, which the Nendoroid can actually wear, and is accompanied by his fairy companion from that game, Tatl.
“Nendoroid Link: The Wind Waker Ver.” will be priced at 5,900 yen (approx. $39.66 USD / £29.79 GBP), whilst “Nendoroid Link: Majora’s Mask 3D Ver.” will cost 6,400 yen (approx. $43.03 USD / £32.32 GBP).
Pre-orders for both figures are currently open via the official Good Smile Company store and are scheduled to run until the 10th of September, 2025.
Both figures are scheduled to be shipped to customers in December 2025.
