FuRyu’s summer-themed “Racing Miku 2024” prize figure set for release

Prize figure manufacturer FuRyu has announced the upcoming launch of a new figure of “Racing Miku,” the official mascot of the Hatsune Miku GT Project.
The new product is part of the company’s “Trio-Try-iT Figure” line.

The “Hatsune Miku GT Project” is a real-life motorsport team that competes in Japan’s SUPER GT racing series, operating under the unique concept of being a “racing team that runs with its fans.”

A key part of the project is the annual redesign of its mascot, Racing Miku, by a different popular illustrator each year.
This new prize figure is a three-dimensional recreation of the “Racing Miku 2024” design, which was originally illustrated by the artist Mogumo.

“Trio-Try-iT Figure -Racing Miku 2024 Summer Holiday Ver.-” shows Miku with a healthy-looking tan and a joyful expression, capturing the official artwork’s summer theme.

The “Trio-Try-iT” brand from FuRyu is a line of prize figures that aims to challenge the norms of figure posing and size, focusing on dynamic sculpts and high-quality coloring.
The new figure stands at approximately 225 millimeters tall.

In addition to this new release, FuRyu also made a surprise announcement.
The company confirmed that a prize figure for the next version of the character, the “Racing Miku 2025,” is also currently in production.
The 2025 design for the character was created by the popular illustrator Kei Mochizuki.

Further details regarding the 2025 version will be revealed by FuRyu at a later date.
The “Trio-Try-iT Figure -Racing Miku 2024 Summer Holiday Ver.-” will be primarily available as a prize in amusement facilities.

It is scheduled to launch in arcades/amusement centers across Japan next week, during the second week of August.
An international release will likely follow from October onwards, as many prize figures are now sold at general hobby goods stores worldwide around 1-2 months after their initial launch in Japanese arcades.
