Eureka Seven Anime 20th Anniversary Video Features New FLOW Song

The Eureka Seven anime franchise officially launched its 20th anniversary celebrations with the release of a special commemorative video on March 31, 2026.

This tribute features a brand new track titled Never Back Down which was composed by the Japanese rock band FLOW.

The five-member group holds a significant place in the franchise history as they performed DAYS, the original opening theme for the first television series.

As part of the milestone festivities, an anniversary exhibition is scheduled to take place this winter with advance ticket sales beginning on October 31, 2025.

The franchise began with a 50 episode television series that aired from April 2005 to April 2006.

The original series followed a teenage mechanic named Renton who joins the Gekkostate pilot group after meeting a mysterious girl named Eureka.

Since then, the series has expanded to include the 2009 parallel universe film Psalms of Planets Eureka seveN good night, sleep tight, young lovers.

The story continued with the 24 episode sequel series Eureka Seven AO which aired between April and November 2012.

More recently, a theatrical reboot trilogy titled Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution was released between 2017 and 2021.
