Demon Slayer themed canned coffee to return after 5 years

Demon Slayer coffee is returning to convenience store shelves and vending machines across Japan after a 5 year absence.
Major Japanese drinks company DyDo has announced a new collaboration with the anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, which will see the series’ characters appear on canned coffee and bottles of Mikan (Japanese orange) flavored water.

This collaboration marks DyDo’s first partnership with Demon Slayer in approximately five years.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, created by Koyoharu Gotouge, has become a worldwide cultural phenomenon since its manga debut in 2016 and subsequent anime adaptation in 2019.

Known for its stunning animation, compelling characters, and intense action sequences, the series follows Tanjiro Kamado’s quest to turn his demon sister Nezuko back into a human and avenge his family.
Its immense popularity makes it a highly attractive partner for promotional campaigns, which has led to numerous collaborations across various industries, ranging from pizza and takoyaki to watches,

DyDo will release two specially themed beverages: the “DyDo Demon Slayer Iced Latte” and “DyDo Demon Slayer Mikan Water”.

The collaboration will see an extensive range of collectible packaging designs become available, offering fans the chance to collect cans featuring their favorite characters and iconic moments from the series.
