The New Denpa Men Hits Switch 2 on April 6
Genius Sonority has announced that the free to play RPG The New Denpa Men will be released for the Nintendo Switch 2 on April 6, 2026.
This new version follows the original launch on the Nintendo Switch on July 22, 2024, and subsequent releases on iOS and Android on March 10, 2025.
Players can expect enhanced visual quality through a higher resolution and smoother gameplay due to an increased refresh rate.
The Switch 2 iteration will support cross platform play, allowing users to interact with the existing player base on other devices.
Save data remains compatible across multiple platforms linked to a single Nintendo Account, though users cannot play on more than one device at the same time.
In game purchases will also be shared between the original Switch and the Switch 2 for those using the same account credentials.
The title continues to focus on catching unique creatures born from radio waves to form parties for turn based adventures.
In addition to the core RPG mechanics, the game features fishing, island decoration, and competitive battles against other players.
