Blue Lock x Sanrio Kimono pop up shop

A new Blue Lock and Sanrio themed pop up shop will open in Tokyo from June 13th.

Blue Lock follows the premise of 300 talented high school strikers thrown into a radical training facility to forge Japan’s ultimate goal-scorer after their disappointing 2018 World Cup performance.

The intense, ego-driven competition focuses on Yoichi Isagi’s journey from an unknown player to a potential top striker.

The manga, written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura, began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Magazine on August 1st 2018, captivating readers with its unique premise and high-stakes soccer battles.

Its popular anime adaptation premiered in October 2022, further boosting its global fanbase.

The pop up shop will feature brand new illustrations of the characters and their Sanrio personality counterparts dressed in brightly coloured kimono outfits with various accessories.

There will be a range of merchandise available for fans to collect and customers who spend over a certain amount will receive an exclusive purchase bonus.

A wide variety of goods will be on sale, including plushies, acrylic stands, badges and more.
