Bandai opens orders for two new S.H.Figuarts figures of Dragon Ball’s Goku

Pre-orders have officially opened for two dynamic new action figures from Dragon Ball Super, which are set to join Bandai Spirits’ popular S.H.Figuarts line.
The S.H.Figuarts brand is Bandai Spirits’ flagship line of high-quality action figures.

The series is renowned for condensing expert modeling, movement, and coloring techniques into a standard figure format that prioritizes both realistic character representation and high articulation.

This new release features two different versions of Dragon Ball’s protagonist, Son Goku.

The “S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan God Son Goku -God Aura-” and “S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Son Goku -Blue Power Transcending Limits-” figures feature completely new sculpting designed to capture the intensity of the series’ battles.

A major highlight of these new releases is the implementation of a patent-pending “Dynamic-Movable Shoulder System.”
This new articulation structure allows for a wider range of motion, enabling fans to recreate iconic combat poses more naturally than previous models.

To further enhance display options, each figure comes with three interchangeable facial expressions: a confident “smirk,” a fierce “gritted teeth” expression, and an intense “shouting” face.

Both figures are priced at an affordable 4,400 yen (approx. $29.00 USD / £23.00 GBP) each.
They are designed to complement the existing S.H.Figuarts Dragon Ball lineup, allowing collectors to display Goku in his various forms side-by-side.

This announcement comes alongside other major Shonen Jump merchandise reveals, such as a huge lineup of exclusive Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba merchandise, which has been announced for advance sale at Jump Festa 2026.

Pre-orders for both figures opened at general retail stores, such as HobbyLink Japan, on December 5, 2025.

The “S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan God Son Goku -God Aura-” and “S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Son Goku -Blue Power Transcending Limits-” figures are scheduled for release between June and July 2026.
