Albion Online Hits Xbox Series April 21

Developer Sandbox Interactive has announced that the medieval fantasy sandbox MMORPG Albion Online is scheduled to launch for Xbox Series consoles on April 21, 2026.
This upcoming release marks the first time the title will be available on a home console, expanding its reach to a new audience of players.
The Xbox Series version will feature full cross-play capabilities, allowing console users to join the existing community on shared servers alongside PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android players.
To ensure a smooth transition for returning players, the game supports seamless account linking and full progression continuity across all available platforms.
The developers have rebuilt key interfaces and optimized the user interface flow specifically to enhance the navigation and gameplay experience on consoles.
Players on Xbox Series will have the option to use dedicated controller schemes or utilize traditional keyboard and mouse setups.
Albion Online originally debuted on PC, Mac, and Linux on July 17, 2017, and later expanded to mobile devices on June 9, 2021.
New players can begin their journey instantly on the Xbox platform, with an optional account conversion process available to unlock the full suite of cross-platform features.
