3D action game Homura Hime gets a limited-time demo and voice cast reveal

A limited-time, playable demo has been released for the upcoming 3D bullet hell action game, Homura Hime.

The demo is being released as part of the “Steam Next Fest: October 2025 Edition” and will be available until the 21st of October.
Homura Hime is an action game inspired by Japanese anime, which is being developed by Crimson Dusk and published by PLAYISM.
The game aims to perfect the expressiveness of the anime genre in a 3D action game that offers exhilarating and intense battles with challenging bullet hell attacks.

The new demo features a specially selected stage, “Adashino,” which will allow players to experience the game’s core systems, its platforming elements, and an intense boss battle against the archdemon Agasa.
As a special, demo-exclusive feature, an online ranking “Boss Rush” mode has also been implemented, where players can compete for the top spot.

To coincide with the demo’s release, the main Japanese voice cast for the game has also been announced.
The cast includes a number of talented and popular voice actors.
The full, announced cast is as follows:
- Homura Hime: Tomori Kusunoki

- Ann: Manaka Iwami

- Kushinada: Saku Mizuno

- Agasa: Hana Hishikawa

- Koume: Chiyo Ousaki

The new voice-overs are included in the demo version of the game.
The story of Homura Hime follows the titular protagonist as she purifies Archdemons who have been imprisoned by their implacable emotions, and in doing so, discovers the truth behind both herself and the Archdemons.
Homura Hime is scheduled to be released for the PC via Steam in the winter of this year.
