Zenless Zone Zero Announces Sanrio Collab with Exclusive Merch

COGNOSPHERE has officially announced a new collaboration between their urban fantasy action RPG Zenless Zone Zero and the popular lifestyle brand Sanrio.

The collaboration features the in-game unit “Angels of Delusion” alongside the mascot Bangboo, pairing them with iconic Sanrio characters for a range of new merchandise and prizes.

The items capture the charm of both franchises, blending the futuristic style of the game with the cute aesthetic of Hello Kitty and friends.

Zenless Zone Zero is the latest title from HoYoverse, set in a post-apocalyptic world where modern civilization has been destroyed by supernatural disasters known as “Hollows.”

Players take on the role of a “Proxy,” a professional who guides others through these dangerous dimensions within the last surviving city of New Eridu.

This event focuses on the game’s “Angels of Delusion” faction members Sunna, Aria, and Nangong Yu who are reimagined in collaborative illustrations.

Sunna is paired with Cinnamoroll, Aria with My Melody, and Nangong Yu with Kuromi, whilst the game’s mascot Bangboo appears alongside Hello Kitty.

The collaboration will be held at GiGO group stores and Animate locations nationwide in Japan.

GiGO locations will feature exclusive crane game prizes such as acrylic art panels, metal posters, and tapestries.

A novelty campaign will also run at GiGO, where players can receive an original gift for every 500 yen spent on eligible machines.

The retail lineup at Animate focuses on collectible goods and daily use items using the new illustrations.
