Two Point Museum Receives Angry Birds Collab Update

Publisher SEGA and developer Two Point Studios have launched the version 8.0 update for Two Point Museum, introducing a major crossover with Rovio’s Angry Birds franchise.

The update is currently available for players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC, with a release for the Nintendo Switch 2 scheduled to follow shortly.

Central to this update is the addition of the Angry Birds Digiverse Rift, a new expedition map where players can explore the iconic Piggy Island.

Within this new digital realm, players can visit three specific points of interest known as the Cobalt Plateaus, Bamboo Forest, and Pig City.

The collaboration allows museum curators to employ Red and his companions to entertain guests while defending exhibits from the meddling Bad Piggies.

Players can collect nine new exhibits related to the franchise, including an interactive display and unique bird wildlife exhibits.

In addition to the crossover content, the March 19, 2026, update introduces a Spring Seasonal Update featuring the Easter Isles located within the Scorched Earth region.

This seasonal expansion includes three new exhibits, such as habitat critters and various botany discoveries, to freshen up museum halls.

The gift shop has been expanded with Angry Birds merchandise, and new kiosks serving chocolate cake have been added to attract more visitors.

Quality of life improvements and new Curator Class rewards for long-standing players have also been implemented in this free version 8.0 patch.
