Two Exclusive Hoshimachi Suisei x Gundam Gunpla Kits Revealed
A new collaboration between the iconic Mobile Suit Gundam franchise and popular hololive VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei is set to offer fans the chance to pick up two exclusive Gunpla kits.
Special edition single CD’s of Hoshimachi Suisei’s “Mou Dounattemo Iiya” will be released, with one version of the CD coming with two exclusive kits based on some of the series’ most iconic mecha designs.
The announcement of these two exclusive kits comes shortly after a major announcement that marked the start of a wider collaboration between hololive and the Gundam franchise, which will include other exclusive Gunpla kits and merchandise.
Hoshimachi Suisei is a massively successful virtual talent known amongst VTuber fans for her incredible vocal range, engaging live broadcasts, and energetic personality.
Gundam is famous worldwide for popularizing the real robot genre and spawning a massive hobbyist community dedicated to building plastic models.
Building Gunpla allows fans to recreate their favorite mobile suits in stunning detail, and this crossover provides a fresh, idol-inspired twist to the classic pastime.
The featured tracks on the single, “Mou Dounattemo Iiya” and “Yoru ni Saku,” served as the ending theme and insert song for the Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX anime that aired last year.
These new physical releases serve as premium limited editions following the standard launch of the single back on December 24, 2025.
The anime was popular with audiences thanks to its fresh take on Gundam’s long-running Universal Century universe, with the two songs becoming a memorable part of the soundtrack.
Fans can choose between two different versions of the CD, each packed with unique physical bonuses:
- Mou Dounattemo Iiya (Gunpla Edition)
- Price: 6,000 yen (approx. $40 USD / £31 GBP).
This package includes two classic plastic model kits: the HG RX-78-2 Gundam and the HG Zaku II.
Builders receive a special “Hoshimachi Suisei Collaboration Marking Sticker” sheet to decorate their mecha.
The decals feature blue textual elements like “HOSHIMACHI SUISEI” and “HOLOLIVE” alongside star icons, crowns, and a plaid pattern based on her outfit.

This variant comes bundled with a special acrylic stand designed in the style of the mascot character “Conch” from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.
Both versions contain the exact same musical tracks on the included disc.
These physical editions will be available for fans to purchase in strictly limited quantities.
Sales for both versions will begin in Japan on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 via a selection of retailers.
