The sold-out Perfect Blue x atmos T-shirt collection is getting a limited time re-release

Due to its overwhelming popularity and immediate sell-out success, the new T-shirt collaboration between the streetwear retailer atmos and the classic animated film Perfect Blue is getting an “emergency encore order.”
Perfect Blue is the debut feature film of the legendary director Satoshi Kon, a 1997 psychological thriller that has become a globally acclaimed and influential cult classic.

This new collaboration, from the popular sneaker and streetwear brand atmos, features a collection of T-shirts with designs that use the film’s original 90s logo, its iconic key visuals, and scanned animation cels from its memorable and intense climax.

The initial release was held at a special, limited-time pop-up store at the atmos URAHARA location in Tokyo.

The event was so popular that the merchandise quickly sold out, and the pop-up, which was originally scheduled to run until the 21st of September, is now being forced to end early.

The pop-up also features an “apparel customization event,” where customers can create their own, one-of-a-kind T-shirt using a selection of exclusive motifs and logos from the film.

In response to the high demand, a special, limited-time, made-to-order “encore order” period has been opened on the official atmos online store.

This gives fans who were unable to purchase the items at the pop-up a second chance to acquire them.

The collection includes four different T-shirt designs, with some available in both black and white colorways.

Each of the T-shirts in the collection is priced at ¥8,800 (plus tax, approx. $60 USD/£44 GBP).

The “encore order” pre-sale period for the T-shirts began on Wednesday, the 17th of September, and will run until the 23rd of September via the atmos online store.
The special pop-up store at the atmos URAHARA location in Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo, is scheduled to have its final day of operation on Friday, the 19th of September, 2025.
