The classic Final Fantasy Tactics soundtrack is now available on vinyl
A new vinyl record has been released for the soundtrack of the classic tactical role-playing game Final Fantasy Tactics.
The “FINAL FANTASY TACTICS Best Selection – Vinyl Soundtrack” offers a new way to experience the iconic and beloved music from the 1997 PlayStation classic.
The physical vinyl record features a curated “best selection” of fifteen famous tracks from the game’s score, which was composed by the legendary Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata.

In addition to the physical record, the release also includes a special MP3 download code.
This code allows purchasers to download the “FINAL FANTASY TACTICS Complete Soundtrack,” a massive, 102-track collection that includes all 71 tracks from the original soundtrack CD release, plus an additional 31 previously unreleased tracks.
The jacket for the vinyl features the beautiful key art from the “Ivalice Chronicles” version of the game, which was drawn by the original character designer, Akihiko Yoshida.
For those who do not own a record player, the 102-track “FINAL FANTASY TACTICS Complete Soundtrack” has also been released as a standalone, digital purchase on various music streaming and download services, such as Spotify and Apple Music.
The vinyl record and the digital soundtrack were both released on Wednesday, the 1st of October, 2025, and the vinyl record is available to order via the official Square Enix online store.
