The 63rd All Japan Model & Hobby Show announces dates for 2025

The official dates and details have been announced for the “63rd All Japan Model & Hobby Show,” one of the country’s largest and most important exhibitions for the hobby industry.
The event is a massive trade show that brings together a wide range of different product categories under one roof.

This year’s show will feature exhibits from over 80 different manufacturers, showcasing new and upcoming products in categories such as plastic models, radio-controlled vehicles, figures, model trains, miniature cars, and airsoft guns.

In addition to the main industry exhibition, a number of special events will also be held for attendees to enjoy.
The popular “Treasure Hunting! Junk Market 2025” will be returning.

This is a special “flea market” style event where visitors can find and purchase rare and out-of-production goods.
A hands-on “Plastic Model Workshop” will also be held for beginners.

Taught by the “Mokei & JOY” group, this workshop allows attendees to learn the basics of model building for a small fee, and they get to keep the model they assemble.
The show is a major event for the industry, where many of the most anticipated new products of the year are revealed for the first time.

The “63rd All Japan Model & Hobby Show” will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center in the South 3 and 4 halls.

The event will be open to the public on Saturday, the 18th of October, and Sunday, the 19th of October, 2025.

An industry-only “traders’ day” will be held on Friday, the 17th of October, 2025.

Advance tickets for the public days are priced at ¥1,000, while same-day tickets will be ¥1,200, and admission is free for all junior high school students and younger.

The sale of advance tickets for the event began on Monday, the 1st of September, 2025 via the official website.
