Starbucks Japan reveals the cutest new cups and loungewear for new ‘gelato pique’ collab
A new collaboration has been announced between the coffee chain Starbucks Japan and the popular loungewear and lifestyle brand, gelato pique.
The new partnership will feature a new, limited-edition beverage and an extensive collection of merchandise, including drinkware and apparel.
gelato pique is a brand famous for its soft, comfortable, and cute roomwear.
This new collaboration brings that signature, cozy aesthetic to a range of Starbucks products.
The main design motif for the collection is the “Pique Bear,” the brand’s mascot, who is depicted wearing a green Starbucks apron and holding a mug.
The collaboration will feature a new, limited-time drink, the “Pique Moco Bouquet & Tea Latte.”
This beverage is topped with a blue, Earl Grey-flavored mousse, sponge cake crumbs, and a small Pique Bear-shaped chocolate.
An extensive lineup of exclusive merchandise will also be released.
A small selection of items, including a reusable cup and a Bearista cap, will be sold at physical Starbucks locations:

A much larger collection will be sold exclusively on the Starbucks Japan online store.
This online-exclusive lineup includes a wide range of tumblers and mugs, as well as a full collection of gelato pique apparel, such as pullovers, pants, socks, and cardigans, all featuring the collaboration design.

The new collaboration is a unique fusion of the coffee giant’s brand with the cute and cozy world of gelato pique.
The “gelato pique + STARBUCKS” collection is scheduled to be released next Monday, the 29th of September, 2025.
The “Pique Moco Bouquet & Tea Latte” will also be available from the same day and will be priced at ¥678 for take-out, while orders for in-store dining will cost ¥690.
A pre-sale event will be held at the Starbucks Coffee Shibuya Cocoti store, where customers can try the drink early as well as preview the “gelato pique + STARBUCKS” goods.
The pre-sale event will take place from Thursday, the 25th of September, until Sunday, the 29th of September, 2025.
