Spring in Japan is often associated with new beginnings, blooming flowers, and a sense of optimism.

The company aims to capture this uplifting mood with beverages that evoke the feeling of taking a big bite out of a cream-filled pastry.

These specific beverages are inspired by similar highly successful drinks that have been enjoyed by customers during the spring season at Starbucks locations in South Korea.

This marks the first time these cream puff-inspired flavors will be introduced to the Japanese market.

Customers can customize this drink by switching to Blonde Espresso and adding an extra Blonde Espresso shot to enhance the coffee aroma.

Similar to the Frappuccino, switching to almond milk adds a rich depth to the sweet custard notes.

The new cream puff-inspired drinks will be available at participating Starbucks store locations in Japan from Friday, March 13, 2026.

The beverages are subject to temporary shortages or early termination depending on stock availability.
