Sanrio and Touchland Reveal Special Edition Cotton Candy Scented Kuromi Hand Sanitizer
Image by James RichardsonTouchland has teamed up with Sanrio once again for a new collaboration that pairs Kuromi’s mischievous style with a Cotton Candy version of the brand’s popular Power Mist hand sanitizer.
The special-edition release follows Touchland’s earlier Hello Kitty collab and gives Kuromi her own sanitizer bottle alongside a collectible case inspired by her familiar black jester hat and pink skull emblem.
Rather than using one of Touchland’s existing fragrances, Kuromi introduces the brand’s new Cotton Candy scent, which Touchland describes as one of its most requested hand sanitizer fragrances.
The candy-inspired fragrance combines pink strawberry and blue raspberry with candied raspberry, spun sugar and vanilla bean, creating a sweet profile that plays against Kuromi’s darker black-and-purple styling.
The Power Mist itself uses Touchland’s 70% alcohol formula and includes aloe vera, with the spray designed to dry quickly without leaving the heavier sticky feeling associated with some traditional hand sanitizers.
Each 30 mL bottle provides around 500 sprays and is dermatologically tested, vegan, cruelty-free and made without added dyes, phthalates or sulfates.
Kuromi also appears directly on the bottle artwork, while the accompanying silicone Mist Case turns the sanitizer into a cute accessory that can be clipped onto a bag using its metal keyring.
The case can also be reused with other 30 mL Touchland hand sanitizer mists once the original Cotton Candy bottle is empty.
This is Touchland’s second current Sanrio-themed release, joining its Hello Kitty set built around the Berry Bliss Power Mist and a matching Hello Kitty case.
The Hello Kitty fragrance takes a fruitier approach with strawberry, apple, black raspberry and peach notes rounded out by violet, vanilla bean and sweet musk, while the Kuromi release moves firmly into candy-inspired territory.
The special edition “Kuromi x Touchland Power Mist Hand Sanitizer” and “Hello Kitty x Touchland Power Mist Hand Sanitizer” are both priced at $20 and is now available directly through Touchland and the official Sanrio US store while supplies last.
