Roppongi Art Night 2025

Roppongi Art Night is one of Tokyo’s largest and most ambitious all-night art festivals.
This exciting annual event transforms the entire district of Roppongi into a sprawling, open-air art gallery.

For one weekend, the streets, parks, and commercial facilities of Roppongi are filled with a diverse array of art installations, performances, and workshops.

The festival showcases a wide range of creative forms, including contemporary art, design, music, and video.

It features works from both internationally renowned artists and up-and-coming domestic talent.

A key feature of the event is the “core time,” where many of the installations and performances continue late into the night, particularly on Saturday.
Visitors can wander through the district, discovering large-scale sculptures in public squares, interactive digital art, and live performances in unexpected places.

The main art museums in the area, such as the Mori Art Museum and the National Art Center, Tokyo, often participate with special programs and extended hours.
It is a unique and immersive experience that brings contemporary art out of the museum and into the heart of the city.
