Premium “Titanium Finish” Gundam SEED Destiny “Strike Freedom” and “Destiny Gundam” RG model kits get a restock

A new wave of pre-orders has opened for two previously released and exclusive Gunpla kits from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.

The re-release features two popular mobile suits from the series in the “Real Grade” (RG) 1/144 scale line, both with a special “Titanium Finish.”

Real Grade is a line of model kits known for its incredible detail and complex internal frames, and the “Titanium Finish” is a premium, white pearl and metallic coating that gives the final model a luxurious, high-end appearance.

The two main kits being re-released are the “RG 1/144 Strike Freedom Gundam [Titanium Finish]” and the “RG 1/144 Destiny Gundam [Titanium Finish].”

In addition to the two main mobile suit kits, their respective “Expansion Effect Unit” sets are also being restocked.

These are separate, optional accessory packs that allow builders to recreate the dramatic energy wing effects from the anime.

The “Expansion Effect Unit ‘Wings of the Sky'” is for the Strike Freedom Gundam.

The “Expansion Effect Unit ‘Wings of Light'” is for the Destiny Gundam.

The full lineup of re-released items is as follows:

• RG 1/144 Strike Freedom Gundam [Titanium Finish]: ¥9,020 (Scheduled for October 2025 shipping)

• RG 1/144 Destiny Gundam [Titanium Finish]: ¥7,920 (Scheduled for October 2025 shipping)

• RG 1/144 Expansion Effect Unit “Wings of the Sky” for Strike Freedom Gundam: ¥2,200 (Scheduled for September 2025 shipping)

• RG 1/144 Expansion Effect Unit “Wings of Light” for Destiny Gundam: ¥1,870 (Scheduled for September 2025 shipping)

The restocks of these sought-after model kits are now currently available via the Premium Bandai online store.

All four of the products are being sold in limited quantities for this production run, and pre-orders may close early if the available stock sells out.
