Popular Kirby themed cosmetic compact goes on sale for the first time in 4 years
A re-release of an adorable Kirby-themed cosmetic product has been announced.
The “Kirby and the Warp Star – Cheek & Shiny Powder,” was first released in 2021 and will now be resold by CreerBeaute, the character cosmetics brand operated by Bandai.
The product’s design is inspired by the image of Kirby flying through a dawn sky on his Warp Star, with the glimmer of shooting stars.
The compact itself is a three-dimensional, gold-plated recreation of the Warp Star, with a small and cute figure of Kirby sitting on top.
The interior of the compact features a mirror and a two-tone powder palette, both decorated with star motifs.
The powder itself is a dual-purpose product, containing both a cheek color and a highlight powder.
The pink cheek color is inspired by Kirby, and the highlighter is designed to give a subtle color and shine, reminiscent of the dawn.
The surface of the powder is embossed with a cute design of Kirby resting on a cloud.
This release offers fans a beautiful and functional item that serves as both a high-quality cosmetic and a charming collectible display piece.
Pre-orders for the “Kirby and the Warp Star – Cheek & Shiny Powder” began on Friday, the 5th of September, 2025, at 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time.
The pre-order period is scheduled to run until the 13th of October, 2025.
The compact is priced at ¥5,940 (approx. $40 USD/£30 GBP) and will be sold on the Premium Bandai online store, with shipping scheduled for February 2026.
