Popular Gundam Sentinel model kit gets a re-release

A new wave of pre-orders has opened for an exclusive version of the “HG 1/144 Zeta Plus” Gunpla kit.
The restock is for the “Zeta Plus (Test Machine Image Color)” variant, which is based on the mobile suit from Gundam Sentinel, a popular and influential photo-novel series set in the Universal Century timeline of the Gundam franchise.

The Zeta Plus is a mass-produced transformable mobile suit, and this specific version features the striking orange and white color scheme used on the atmospheric test machines operated by the AEUG support organization, Karaba.

This High Grade (HG) 1/144 scale model kit recreates that unique color pattern using deep orange and textured white molded plastic.

The kit includes a sheet of water-slide decals to apply the various detailed markings, including the Karaba emblem and other identification numbers that signify it as a test unit.

The model comes with its standard armaments, including a beam rifle, a beam saber, and a shield.

It can also be transformed into its high-speed “Wave Rider” flight mode through the swapping of parts, allowing for a variety of display options.

As a Premium Bandai exclusive, this kit is not available through general retail channels such as hobby and toy stores.

The “HG 1/144 Zeta Plus (Test Machine Image Color)” is priced at ¥2,970.
Pre-orders for this restock are now open via the Premium Bandai website, and the model kit is scheduled to be shipped to customers in October 2025.
