Persona 30th Anniversary Premium Booster Set Announced for Cardfight!! Vanguard
Cardfight!! Vanguard has announced a special new premium title booster dedicated to the Persona franchise, celebrating three decades of one of gaming’s most popular RPG series.
The upcoming “Persona 30th Anniversary” release will bring together characters from across multiple entries in the long-running series, allowing fans to see iconic protagonists and allies enter the world of Cardfight!! Vanguard.
Since its debut in 1996 with the original Revelations: Persona, the Persona franchise has grown into one of Atlus’ most successful properties, blending dungeon-crawling RPG gameplay with character-driven storytelling and social simulation elements.
Over the years, titles such as Persona 3, Persona 4, and Persona 5 have helped expand the series’ global popularity, while newer projects continue to introduce fresh audiences to the franchise.
As part of the “Persona 30th Anniversary” booster set, characters from Revelations: Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, Persona 3, Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4, Persona 5, and Persona 5: The Phantom X will be featured.
The new expansion will also allow players to construct dedicated decks centered around Persona 3, Persona 4, and Persona 5, giving fans the opportunity to build strategies based on their favorite entries in the series.
In addition, the protagonists from Revelations: Persona, the Persona 2 duology, and Persona 5: The Phantom X are set to appear as powerful support cards within the set.
Further details regarding card lineups and additional features are expected to be revealed in the coming months as the launch approaches.
The “Persona 30th Anniversary” Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium Title Booster is scheduled to launch on September 12, 2026.
This card game collaboration joins a growing list of Persona 30th anniversary projects announced in recent months, including special Lawson convenience store campaign promotions and new Ichiban Kuji lottery merchandise inspired by the franchise’s history.
Additional anniversary projects are expected to be revealed throughout the year as Atlus continues commemorating the milestone for the Persona series.
