Perfect Grade kit of Gundam 00’s Trans-Am Raiser gets a re-release

A new wave of pre-orders has opened for the “Perfect Grade 1/60 Trans-Am Raiser” model kit.
This re-release offers fans another opportunity to acquire one of the most impressive kits from the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 anime series.

“Perfect Grade,” or PG, is one of the highest and most complex tiers of Gunpla, featuring a massive 1/60 scale, an intricate internal skeleton, and a high level of detail and mechanical gimmicks.

The Trans-Am Raiser is the powered-up form of the 00 Gundam, combined with the 0 Raiser support craft, with its “Trans-Am System” activated.

In the anime, the Trans-Am System temporarily boosts the mobile suit’s performance to its absolute limit, causing its armor to glow with a reddish-pink hue.

This Perfect Grade model kit is specifically designed to replicate that glowing, high-output state.

The kit’s armor parts are made with a metallic injection molding process, giving the plastic a glossy, metallic sheen that mimics the in-anime look.

The signature V-fin antenna on its head has been treated with a special coating to enhance its metallic texture.

The GN Drives on its shoulders include a newly colored LED unit to light up, and a special display stand is also part of the set.
In addition to the main kit, Bandai is also re-releasing the companion “PG 1/60 Trans-Am Raiser Clear Color Body.”

This is a separate, optional expansion set that provides a full set of transparent external armor parts.

Using this set allows the detailed internal frame of the main kit to be showcased even after the armor has been attached.

Both items are being sold in limited quantities for this production run.

The main PG 1/60 Trans-Am Raiser kit is priced at ¥30,250 (approx. $204 USD/£154 GBP), whilst the separate Clear Color Body expansion set is priced at ¥4,180 (approx. $28 USD/£21 GBP).

Pre-orders are now open via Premium Bandai, and both products are scheduled to be shipped to customers in October 2025.
Gundam 00 fans can also pre-order the new “HG 1/144 Graham’s Custom Union Flag II (GN Flag)” Gunpla kit, which was recently announced.
