Pathologic 3 Released on PS5 and PC with Xbox Version Arriving on January 23

Pathologic 3, the newest entry in the cult survival horror series, is officially available for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.
Publisher HypeTrain Digital and developer Ice-Pick Lodge confirmed the launch on January 9, 2026, with the PlayStation 5 edition releasing via the PlayStation Store.

The Xbox Series version of the psychological detective game has a confirmed release date of January 23.
While the PS5 version was originally scheduled for a later launch alongside the Xbox Series edition, the development teams elected to split the console releases to bring the game to PlayStation players sooner.

Pathologic 3 continues the harrowing narrative of a mysterious plague descending upon a distant steppe city.
Players take on the role of Daniil Dankovsky, a metropolitan physician known as the Bachelor, who finds himself forced to lead the fight against the devastating epidemic.

His goal is to save the town within a narrow window of just 12 days.
This psychological horror game demands precision and resolve from the player.

As a doctor in search of truth, the challenge is to make ruthless decisions and diagnose with accuracy, all while exploring the City-on-Gorkhon and its unconventional architecture.
The choices made by the player, including who to save and who to question, will ultimately shape the town’s future and may even rewrite its past.

The game is currently accessible with localizations in English, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, German, and Italian, and features beta support for full controller functionality.
