One Piece Card Game Announces 4th Anniversary Set as 9 New Promo Cards Revealed

Bandai has officially unveilved the “ONE PIECE Card Game 4th Anniversary Set,” a collector-focused release celebrating four years of Bandai’s popular trading card game with exclusive promo cards and matching accessories.
The ONE PIECE Card Game was originally created to celebrate the manga’s 25th anniversary, allowing players to build decks around their favorite characters and crews from across Eiichiro Oda’s world.

Four years later, the new anniversary set brings its cards and accessories together under an original visual concept created by Japanese design and art unit GOO CHOKI PAR.

GOO CHOKI PAR was formed in 2015 by graphic designers Rei Ishii, Kent Iitaka and Q Asaba, with the group’s past work including projects for Nike, Apple, Netflix and the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

The centerpiece of the set is a nine-card promotional collection featuring Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, Dracule Mihawk, Edward Newgate, Nefertari Vivi, Enel, “The Five Elders Are Here!!!,” Nami and Borsalino.

Rather than concentrating on a single crew or storyline, the selection brings together pirates, allies, Marines and World Government figures from across the wider ONE PIECE series.

Each promo card incorporates GOO CHOKI PAR’s distinctive anniversary artwork, giving the nine designs a shared identity that immediately separates them from standard booster-set illustrations.

The included pack of 70 card sleeves carries the same original visual concept across a practical accessory that can be used to protect a complete tournament-ready deck.

A matching playmat expands the anniversary artwork into a complete tabletop setup, creating a coordinated background for using or displaying the promotional cards.

The card case completes the accessory lineup and gives players a matching place to carry a sleeved deck alongside the rest of the collection.

The “ONEPIECE Card Game 4th Anniversary Set” is priced at ¥18,700 (approx. $120 USD / £88 GBP).

Lottery applications are now open through Premium Bandai Japan and will remain available until 11:00 PM JST on September 2, 2026, with successful applicants currently expected to be announced in early September.
The set is currently scheduled to begin shipping in Japan during February 2027.
US fans will likely be able to get hold of the set via Premium Bandai US in the near future, however distribution may be handled via an invitation only system, as this has recently become the preferred method used by Bandai in the US to ensure fair allocations for all fans interested in purchasing promotional/anniversary sets.
