New The Legend of Heroes Rixia Mao Scale Figure Opens for Pre-Orders
Good Smile Company has begun pre-orders for a brand new 1/7 scale figure of the popular character Rixia Mao from the hit RPG “The Legend of Heroes: Trails Beyond the Horizon”.
Developed by Nihon Falcom, the long-running “Trails” RPG series is famous for its massive, interconnected world-building and deep political storytelling.
Rixia Mao has appeared across several games in the series, leading a fascinating double life.
By day, she performs as a beloved and graceful dancer known as the Moon Princess for the Arc en Ciel theater company in Crossbell.
However, in the shadows, she operates as a legendary assassin, wielding a massive sword and executing deadly missions.
This duality makes her one of the most compelling characters in the entire story.
This newly revealed release brings the talented performer to life as a highly detailed painted scale statue.
Standing at approximately 23.5cm tall, an incredible amount of detail has been packed into the sculpt.
The design team has carefully recreated her soft, welcoming smile alongside the intricate details of her battle-ready dancer outfit.
Varied textures provide a contrast, with the appearance of soft cloth, string, tough leather, and hard armor all recreated in fine detail.
Rixia is posed with a bold and dynamic bodyline to highlight her acrobatic combat abilities.
The statue is mounted on a beautiful silver dual-sided base designed to represent the two conflicting sides of her life.
One half of the base symbolizes her public persona as the shining Moon Princess, while the other reflects her dark role as the legendary assassin.
Pre-orders are currently open and will remain available until Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
The “The Legend of Heroes: Trails Beyond the Horizon” Rixia Mao 1/7 scale figure is priced at 24,800 yen (approx. $160 USD / £128 GBP) and is scheduled to begin shipping in February 2027.
