New Monster Hunter Wilds gaming chairs are based on Lagiacrus and the Palico

The popular Japanese furniture and home goods retailer Nitori has announced a new line of gaming chairs themed around the world of the hit action RPG, Monster Hunter Wilds.
Nitori is a major retailer in Japan, known for its wide range of affordable and functional home furnishings.

This new collaboration brings the world of the globally popular hunting game to a pair of special-edition, cockpit-style gaming chairs.
The collection features two different designs, each based on a popular monster or character from the series.

The first is the “Otomo Palico 2” model. This chair is themed around the iconic Felyne companions, the Palicoes.

It features a clean, white-based color scheme with a cute illustration of a Palico on the back.

The second is the “Sea Wyvern Lagiacrus” model. This chair is inspired by the fan-favorite Leviathan, Lagiacrus.

It features a vibrant, blue-based color scheme and a powerful silhouette of the monster on its back.

Both chairs are designed for long periods of comfortable use, whether for gaming or for remote work.
They feature an ergonomic, cockpit-style design, and each comes with a headrest and a lumbar support cushion to reduce strain.

The chairs are made from a synthetic leather material that is easy to wipe clean.

This new collection follows the recent announcement of a similar collaboration with the Final Fantasy VII Remake series, which featured gaming chairs for Cloud Strife and Sephiroth, as well as a themed desk and desk mat.

The “Monster Hunter Wilds Otomo Palico 2 Gaming Chair” is priced at ¥39,990 (approx. $272 USD/£200 GBP).
The “Monster Hunter Wilds Sea Wyvern Lagiacrus Gaming Chair” is priced at ¥29,990 (approx. $204 USD/£150 GBP).
Pre-orders for the chairs are currently open on the Nitori online store, and they are scheduled to begin shipping on the 21st of November.
