New Gundam Barbatos Lupus figure will be exclusively sold in two specific stores
BANDAI SPIRITS has unveiled final details for the “METAL ROBOT SPIRITS <SIDE MS> Gundam Barbatos Lupus -STORE LIMITED EDITION-”.
This new figure, based on the mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, is set for release in July 2025 as a special item available exclusively at two specific Tamashii Store locations.
Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans is a significant entry in the long-running Gundam franchise, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary since the anime’s broadcast began.
The series is known for its gritty, grounded take on mobile suit combat and its focus on the crew of Tekkadan.
The Gundam Barbatos Lupus is an upgraded form of the protagonist’s mobile suit, embodying its raw power and savage combat style.
The METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Gundam Barbatos Lupus -STORE LIMITED EDITION- features intricate markings across its body.
Its proportions have been supervised by Naohiro Washio, the original mechanical designer, ensuring accuracy to the source material.
The figure incorporates die-cast parts in its Gundam Frame and elbow joints, giving it a substantial, weighty feel.
In terms of articulation, the waist cylinders move in conjunction with the upper body’s movements, allowing for dynamic posing.
The figure also includes a newly designed stand modeled after the Barbatos crest.
The set contents for the figure include:
- Main figure
- Three interchangeable hand parts for both left and right sides
- Two 200mm arm cannons
- Sword Mace
- A set of joint parts
- A complete set of dedicated display stand parts
The METAL ROBOT SPIRITS <SIDE MS> Gundam Barbatos Lupus -STORE LIMITED EDITION- is priced at 16,500 yen (tax included).
It will be available for purchase at TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO and TAMASHII SPOT OSAKA starting in July 2025.
