New Godzilla and Gamera Nendoroids Announced by Good Smile Company

Good Smile Company has announced new Nendoroid figures of Godzilla and Gamera, whilst simultaneously opening pre-orders for a third figure based on the iconic kaiju.
The announcement of Nendoroids of (2016) Second Form from Shin Godzilla and Gamera (1996) from Gamera 2: Attack of Legion were part of the Nendoroid FUNS (Good Smile Fest 2026) broadcast on June 4, 2026.

Good Smile Company’s Nendoroid brand is widely known for transforming famous characters into adorable, pocket-sized collectibles.

These figures are popular with collectors thanks to their wide range of movement and diverse swap-out accessories, giving fans total control over how they are displayed.

Godzilla and Gamera are two of the most recognizable and enduring giant monsters in Japanese cinema history.

Godzilla (2016) Second Form, affectionately known by fans as Kamata-kun, originates from the acclaimed film Shin Godzilla, which rebooted the franchise with a terrifyingly evolving creature.

Gamera (1996) comes from Gamera 2: Attack of Legion, representing the heroic, rocket-powered turtle as he defends Earth from an extraterrestrial insectoid swarm.

As the Godzilla (2016) Second Form and Gamera (1996) Nendoroids are initial reveals from the recent broadcast, physical details and accessory inclusions have not yet been showcased.
While pricing and pre-order windows for those two figures remain unannounced, eager fans can now place pre-orders for a third release, which is based on the award-winning film Godzilla Minus One.

The Godzilla (2023) Nendoroid features an articulated jaw and movable eyes to recreate the monster’s menacing expressions.

Also included are an interchangeable set of dorsal fins and a radioactive heat ray effect part.

Fans who pre-order the figure through the Good Smile Company official shop will also receive an exclusive Clock Tower (1947) background sheet.

The Godzilla (2023) Nendoroid is priced at 8,900 yen and is scheduled to ship in November 2026.

Pre-orders are now available directly via the Good Smile Company online store and reputable hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan, and will close on July 15, 2026.
