Bandai has revealed a new My Hero Academia Ichiban Kuji lottery built around the anime’s female characters, with Ochaco Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui, Toru Hagakure, Nejire Hado and Himiko Toga leading the first wave of prizes to be revealed.

Titled “Ichiban Kuji My Hero Academia – Their Story,” the collection shifts the spotlight toward several of the series’ most popular heroines and villains rather than centering its main figures on Izuku Midoriya and his male classmates.

My Hero Academia follows a society where most people possess superhuman abilities known as Quirks, with aspiring hero Izuku and his classmates training at U.A. High School while confronting increasingly dangerous villains.

Its female cast has played an important role throughout that story, from Ochaco and Tsuyu’s growth as professional heroes to Toga’s complicated place within the League of Villains and her connection to the heroes she admires.

Ichiban Kuji is Bandai Spirits’ “no-lose” lottery format, meaning every purchased ticket awards one of the available prizes, while the person who draws the final ticket at a location receives an exclusive Last One Prize.
