Limited Edition Gundam Wing Valentine’s Day Merch Revealed by Bandai

The Gundam Base has announced a special Valentine’s Day event as part of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing’s 30th anniversary celebrations.
This new campaign will take place across multiple official store locations in Japan.

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing remains a pivotal entry in the franchise, credited with popularizing the “Gundam” name globally during the late 1990s.
The event will feature a range of merchandise, based on newly created original illustrations, featuring the five main Gundam pilots.

Fans visiting the Tokyo, Fukuoka, and GUNDAM SIDE-F locations will find life-size character panels set up for photo opportunities.
Additionally, a special “Community Space” designed for fan interaction will be open for a limited time on January 24 and 25 at these specific stores.
Meanwhile, the Gundam Base Annex at New Chitose Airport will display a massive visual on its wall to mark the occasion.

The full lineup of items includes the following:
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Print Chocolate: 1,188 yen (approx. $8.00 USD / £6.25 GBP)

These chocolates feature printed designs of the characters and are sold randomly.
Customers can purchase a maximum of 10 pieces per person.
A special “Print Chocolate Display Box” will be given as a gift to customers who purchase five chocolates and one character sticker set together, while supplies last.

- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Character Sticker Set: 1,320 yen (approx. $9.00 USD / £7.00 GBP)

This set features stickers of the main characters suited for the Valentine’s theme.
Purchases are limited to two sets per person.
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Foil Acrylic Stand: 1,540 yen (approx. $10.50 USD / £8.00 GBP)

These acrylic stands feature foil stamping for a premium look.
Purchases are limited to one of each character per person.
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Valentine Can Badge Collection: 495 yen (approx. $3.40 USD / £2.60 GBP) per pack / 2,475 yen (approx. $17.00 USD / £13.00 GBP) per box

These badges feature character artwork and are sold in blind packaging or complete boxes.
This specific product will be released later on Thursday, January 29 and purchases are limited to a maximum of two boxes per person.
The event is scheduled to begin on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
Participating locations include Gundam Base Tokyo (DiverCity Tokyo Plaza), Gundam Base Fukuoka (Canal City Hakata), Gundam Base Annex New Chitose Airport, and GUNDAM SIDE-F (LaLaport Fukuoka).
Store entry may be restricted via lottery or digital numbered tickets depending on congestion levels during the event period.
