Like a Dragon’s Taiga Saejima is the next addition to the “DIGSTA” figure line
Japanese manufacturer DIG has announced a new figure of the character Taiga Saejima from the popular video game series, Like a Dragon.
Taiga Saejima is one of the main recurring characters of the long-running series, a legendary and incredibly powerful yakuza known for his immense physical strength and unwavering loyalty.
The “Like a Dragon Taiga Saejima -Fierce Battle-” figure is the latest entry in the company’s “DIGSTA” line of statues and is designed to faithfully recreate the character as he appears in a battle scene from the games.
The figure, which stands at approximately 18.5 centimeters tall, including its base, features Saejima with his fists tightly clenched, ready for a fight.
The sculpt of the figure meticulously reproduces his iconic, full-back tattoo of a tiger and bamboo.
The statue is a pre-painted, complete figure made from PVC and ABS materials.
An exclusive bonus item is also being offered for customers who pre-order the figure from specific online retailers.
Those who purchase from either the official DIG online store or the SEGA Online Store will receive an exclusive, interchangeable alternate head part as a gift.
This allows the figure to be displayed with a different expression, creating a new atmosphere.
Orders placed with the SEGA Online Store will also receive an exclusive display cloth to place under the figure.
The “DIGSTA Like a Dragon Taiga Saejima -Fierce Battle-” figure is priced at ¥9,460 (approx. $64 USD/£48 GBP) and it is scheduled to be released in January 2026.
