LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight Release Date Brought Forward

Publisher Warner Bros. Games and developer TT Games have announced that the release date for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has been moved up to May 22, 2026.
The upcoming title will now launch one week earlier than its originally scheduled date of May 29, 2026.
Players can expect the game to be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through both the Steam and Epic Games Store platforms.
While current generation consoles and PC receive the title in May, a version for the Nintendo Switch 2 is slated to arrive later in 2026.
This new project is described as an open-world action-adventure that focuses on the origin story of Bruce Wayne as he becomes the protector of Gotham City.
The gameplay experience draws from a vast history of Batman media, including various films, television series, and comic books published over several decades.
TT Games aims to incorporate their signature LEGO humor alongside deep references to DC lore and nostalgia for the franchise.
The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer that showcases the updated May 22, 2026, launch date and provides a look at the open-world environments.
