Hatsune Miku’s exclusive baseball team collab merch is now on sale
The Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles have officially announced a special collaboration with the Hatsune Miku “Magical Mirai 2025” event.
This collaboration will take place during the Eagles’ game against the Orix Buffaloes on Tuesday, August 5th, at Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi.
The event is set to feature a variety of activities to entertain fans and will also see the release of exclusive, limited-edition collaboration goods and special tickets.
Hatsune Miku is a global virtual pop sensation, originating from Vocaloid voice synthesizer software developed by Crypton Future Media.
She is depicted as a girl with long, turquoise twintails and performs 3D concerts worldwide, embodying a unique blend of music, art, and technology.
“Magical Mirai” is an annual event series that combines 3DCG live concerts of Hatsune Miku and other virtual singers including MEIKO, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, KAITO, and Megurine Luka, with an exhibition where attendees can experience the creative culture surrounding these virtual idols.
Magical Mirai 2025 will be held in three venues: Sendai (August 1-3), Osaka (August 9-11), and Tokyo (August 29-31), making the collaboration with the Rakuten Eagles in Sendai a fitting regional tie-in.
The collaboration event on August 5th will feature various activities at Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi to energize the stadium.
Further details about these in-stadium events will be released at a later date, building anticipation for what promises to be a unique blend of baseball and virtual idol culture.

In addition to merchandise, a “Special Collaboration Ticket” has been made available, offering a comprehensive fan package for the August 5th game.

- Participation in a mascot interaction event
Designs for the collaboration towel and memorial ticket will be unveiled at a later date.
On the day of the match, ticket holders will need to exchange their vouchers for their match ticket and merchandise at a designated exchange location at Rakuten Mobile Park Miyagi.
Fans eager to acquire the collaboration merchandise can do so through advance online sales via the Rakuten Eagles Online Shop, which are underway and will conclude on Monday, June 23rd, at 23:59 JST.
Products purchased during this advance sale period are scheduled for delivery by the end of July.
For those who prefer in-person purchases, the collaboration goods will be available at the Rakuten Eagles Goods Shop Stadium Store Team Shop starting from 3:00 PM JST on the day of the event, August 5th.
“Special Collaboration Ticket” tickets are now on sale at the Rakuten Eagles Goods Shop Stadium Store Team Shop and are priced at 5,000 yen (approx. $34.23 USD / £25.47 GBP), with the same price applying to both adults and children.
