The “HG 1/144 ZAKU Ⅱ F TYPE LeSEAN & ZAKU Ⅱ (UNIDENTIFIED TYPE) LeSEAN (RFV)” joins a large selection of exclusive Gunpla kits, figures and other collectibles returning for Premium Bandai Week 2026, which also offers a temporary reduction to the usual free-shipping threshold.
Image by Charlotte DavisMobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance is a six-episode CGI anime released exclusively on Netflix in October 2024, revisiting the One Year War from the perspective of Zeon soldiers fighting against the Earth Federation in Europe.

Created using Unreal Engine 5, the series follows Iria Solari and her Red Wolf Squadron as they encounter the Federation’s powerful new Gundam EX during the closing stages of the conflict.

Kneeland LeSean is one of the squadron’s pilots, operating a standard Zaku II F Type before later taking control of a heavily modified machine assembled from salvaged equipment and spare parts.

Bandai originally released the exclusive High Grade set in January 2025, recreating both of LeSean’s Mobile Suits as separate 1/144 scale models with newly molded components and accessories.

The standard Zaku II F Type uses the same basic construction as the previously released “HG 1/144 Zaku II F Type Solari,” with new parts for LeSean’s regular production-model head and armor details.

Its green exterior features the Red Wolf Squadron’s signature red coloring across the left shoulder, with detailed surface molding based on the mechanical designs used in the CGI anime.

The kit retains the movable mono-eye mechanism and articulated leg power pipes from the earlier release, allowing the completed Mobile Suit to be posed with its weapons.

The second model recreates LeSean’s Zaku II Unidentified Type, a makeshift machine assembled later in the story with extensive additional armor and battlefield modifications.

Its patched-together appearance includes a modified shoulder shield, spiked armor and protective logs attached across the body, alongside metal chains used to secure various components.

A large shield mounted on the left forearm incorporates salvaged tank tracks from a Magella Attack vehicle, while an additional missile pod is fitted to the right arm.

The shoulder joint also features a protective vinyl cover, adding another material to the model’s combination of plastic armor and metal accessories.

Both Zakus come with their own selection of equipment, including Zaku Machine Guns, Zaku Bazookas, Heat Hawks, and leg-mounted missile pods.
The weapons can be mounted on the rear armor using the included attachment pieces, with a new Zaku Bazooka design created for the Requiem for Vengeance models.

A sheet of water-slide decals is also included, featuring Red Wolf Squadron insignia, unit numbers, and markings associated with LeSean’s machines.
Builders should be aware that parts of the Unidentified Type require adhesive for assembly, including some of the added armor and metal chains, with painting also needed to reproduce certain details accurately.

Other heavily customized Mobile Suits have also returned to the US for Premium Bandai Week, including the “MG 1/100 Philip Hughes’s GM Dominance” from Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: The Blue Destiny.

That exclusive Master Grade recreates an experimental Earth Federation machine from the One Year War, complete with two detachable autonomous Gun Turrets and a black, white, and yellow color scheme.

Another returning High Grade is the “HG 1/144 Leo-N” from Gundam Wing G-UNIT, which features a heavily armored version of the standard Leo with reinforced limbs and a large Warrior Axe.
