Bandai has fully revealed the card lineup for another of the Gundam Card Game’s four upcoming starter decks, placing Gundam Epyon at the head of an aggressive Red-Purple strategy built around close-range combat and relentless pressure.

Raging Onslaught [ST12] contains 16 different numbered cards across its ready-to-play 50-card deck, bringing together Mobile Suits and characters from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, Mobile Fighter G Gundam, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Gundam Unicorn, the original Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam SEED Destiny, and GQuuuuuuX.

Rather than grouping the deck around a single series, Bandai has selected machines that fit its close-combat theme, allowing Epyon to fight alongside everything from Shining Gundam and Gundam Exia to Gyan and Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee.

Gundam Epyon sits at the center of the strategy as a Level 7 Unit with 5 AP and 5 HP, pairing naturally with Milliardo Peacecraft and rewarding players for finishing off already damaged enemies.

When paired with a Level 5 or higher Pilot, destroying an enemy Unit that already has damage causes Epyon to deal two additional damage to every enemy Unit with 5 AP or less, creating the potential for one successful attack to weaken or remove several opposing cards at once.

Its deployment effect adds even more immediate pressure by dealing five damage to an enemy Base as soon as Epyon enters play.

Shining Gundam supports the same offensive approach by giving a friendly Unit with at least 5 AP Breach 3 when deployed, potentially turning one of the deck’s larger attackers into a direct threat to the opponent’s Shields.

Tallgeese III provides another way to spread damage across the battlefield, dealing one damage to every enemy Unit with 3 AP or less once per turn after it destroys an opposing Unit through battle damage.

Gundam Exia keeps things more straightforward with Breach 3 built directly into the card, while GQuuuuuuX (Omega Psycommu) can discard a card and draw a replacement whenever it attacks, helping cycle through the deck while maintaining offensive momentum.

The Purple side is led by Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee (Destroy Mode), which can exile cards from the player’s trash to gain First Strike or Suppression 3 during battle when paired with a Pilot.

Its Unicorn Mode counterpart offers another reward for damaged board states, allowing a Level 6 or higher Unit to be recovered from the trash when it is destroyed if any player has three or fewer Shields remaining, although another card must then be discarded.

Gyan adds First Strike when linked with the appropriate Pilot, while Efreet Schneid and Slash Zaku Phantom provide simpler lower-cost Units for filling out the deck and maintaining pressure before its larger attackers arrive.

Milliardo Peacecraft and Ple-Twelve make up the two Pilot cards, with Milliardo also being treated as Zechs Merquise and gaining an effect that can deal additional damage to an enemy Unit already battling his paired machine.

Ple-Twelve is similarly treated as Marida Cruz, and can manipulate the top two cards of the deck when linked while gaining an additional card-draw option whenever a player has three or fewer Shields.

The Command lineup reinforces the deck’s focus on forcing battles and exploiting damaged enemies, with The Final Victor able to make opposing players select Units for a direct battle while Wise Leader’s Pride can grant a friendly Unit the ability to destroy another low-AP enemy after winning a fight.

Two Unicorns offers a choice between immediately destroying a Level 2 or lower enemy Unit or dealing two damage to both a friendly Unit and an opposing Level 5 or higher Unit, giving the card very different uses depending on the state of the battlefield.

Libra completes the numbered lineup as the deck’s Base, sacrificing one of the player’s Shields when deployed but gaining an effect that can deal additional damage to a Level 4 or lower enemy Unit after a paired friendly Unit has already destroyed something in battle.

Raging Onslaught is one of four new starters arriving together, with Bandai using a different style of combat to separate each deck rather than building them around individual Gundam series.

Aquatic Assault [ST11] uses a Blue-Purple lineup led by Char’s Z’Gok and focuses on Marine Units and battlefield control, while Silent Barrage [ST13] moves to Green-Red with Qubeley, Gundam Aerial, and other Bit and Funnel users supporting a long-range strategy.

Heavy Dominion [ST14] rounds out the wave with a Green-White deck led by The-O and Full Armor Unicorn Gundam, concentrating on heavily armed and armored Units capable of putting considerable pressure on the battlefield.

Aquatic Assault [ST11], Raging Onslaught [ST12], Silent Barrage [ST13], and Heavy Dominion [ST14] will all launch in the US on September 25, 2026, with each starter deck priced at $15.99.
