Frog Sqwad Arrives This June on Xbox Series and PC

Developer Panic Stations has officially announced that the slapstick physics-based cooperative extraction puzzle platformer Frog Sqwad is scheduled to launch in June 2026.

The game will be available for Xbox Series and PC via the Steam and Microsoft Store platforms.

Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass will be able to access the title on day one as part of their membership.

Players are tasked with storming sewers to collect food for the ravenous Swamp King, with the ultimate goal of growing into a humongous Megafrog.

The cooperative experience supports up to eight players who must work together using sticky tongues to swing from pipes and solve various physics-based puzzles.

As frogs consume snacks found within the ever-changing sewers, they physically swell in size and eventually gain a massive booming voice.

The gameplay loop requires squads to meet a daily food quota to satisfy the King, or they risk becoming his next meal.

Adventurers can spend gold earned from successful runs on new physics toys and gadgets to assist in future missions.

The environment is filled with strange creatures and hazards that can cause players to lose their progress and transform into a vulnerable frogspawn.

The title features proximity voice chat where the character mouths animate in real time to match the player’s speech.

Fans of games like Fall Guys, Lethal Company, and Content Warning may find the chaotic mechanics of this new release particularly appealing.
