CookieRun: New World Open-World Adventure Coming to Console, PC, and Mobile

Devsisters has announced the development of CookieRun: New World, an ambitious open-world adventure game set to expand the popular mobile franchise.
The title is scheduled to launch for console, PC, and mobile platforms in 2029, marking the 20th anniversary of the CookieRun series.

Developed using Unreal Engine, the game takes place after the era of the legendary Five Heroes and follows a new journey across the Cookie continent as a mysterious darkness returns.
The announcement was part of a larger Devsisters Online Showcase that detailed several other upcoming projects within the franchise.
CookieRun: Crumble, a casual idle RPG for iOS and Android, is slated for release in the second half of 2026.

The flagship RPG CookieRun: Kingdom will receive its Chapter 2 update in May, introducing a story arc involving fractured timelines and a new playable region.
CookieRun: Kingdom is also set to feature a K-Pop Demon Hunters collaboration in April, following the success of the animated film from 2025.
The PvP battle action game CookieRun: OvenSmash is scheduled to launch on March 26, with over two million players already pre-registered for the three-minute matches set in Platter City.

Fans of tabletop gaming can look forward to the newest booster set for the CookieRun: Braverse trading card game on March 27.
This expansion for the TCG includes 243 regular cards, 61 hidden cards, and a new Extra Card mechanic designed to enhance gameplay strategies.
