Converse to drop limited-edition Naruto Shippuden sneakers and apparel

Converse is collaborating with the popular anime series “Naruto Shippuden” for a special collection of sneakers and apparel.

This collaboration comes shortly after another anime inspired collaboration with the popular series Bocchi the Rock!, which is exclusive to Japan.

Converse Naruto 2 — The new collab appears to be exclusive to the US Converse store

In a surprising twist, given the new collaboration is anime themed, the Naruto Shippuden collection only appears to be available in the US at present, with no word on a release for fans in Japan.

The Naruto Shippuden x Converse collection features designs inspired by fan-favorite characters, bringing the world of ninjas to Converse’s classic styles.

Converse Naruto 3 — Itachi themed Converse Weapons will be released as part of the collab

The main items in this release are a range of Chuck Taylor All Star sneakers, priced at $80, with designs dedicated to Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Gaara and Kakashi.

Each shoe incorporates elements that reflect the character’s unique appearance and personality:

Naruto: Features his signature orange color with black laces and the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style symbol.

Sasuke: A clean white upper with purple rope-style laces, inspired by his outfit, and the Cursed Seal of Heaven. A blue stripe adds detail to the heel.

Gaara: Deep red with the kanji for “love” stitched on the collar and a cracked sole texture representing his sand-based powers.

Kakashi: A high-top silhouette in “Barely Grey” and “Dark Water,” reflecting his attire.

There will also be additional shoes in the collection – a pair of Converse Weapon shoes reimagined with a jacquard underlay mirroring the pattern of Itachi’s cloak, priced at $130.

A range of “Converse By You” options, allowing customers to customize Chuck Taylor sneakers with various “Naruto Shippuden” themed graphics and design elements, priced at $95, will also be available:
