Classic anime Ranma ½ gets a cozy new fashion collection
Japanese lifestyle brand Felissimo has launched a new collaboration with the classic anime series Ranma 1/2.
The new collection features a lineup of ten different apparel and accessory items designed to bring the world of the hit series by Rumiko Takahashi into the daily lives of its adult fans.
The collection includes a wide range of unique and clever items, each inspired by a character or a famous element from the martial arts comedy.
The full lineup of ten new items is as follows:
- Ranma’s Cotton China Blouse: ¥8,250
A chic, red china blouse inspired by Ranma’s iconic outfit, made from a 100% cotton jacquard weave with a floral motif.
- Shampoo’s Stretchy Cut-and-Sew China Pajamas: ¥9,350
A cute pajama set that faithfully recreates the look of Shampoo’s uniform from the Cat Café, complete with a small tag of her in her cat form on the back pocket.
- P-chan’s “Let’s Go Out” Retractable Plush Pass Case: ¥3,520
A plush pass case designed to look exactly like P-chan, the cursed pig form of the character Ryoga. It features a retractable key reel that has an image of Ryoga’s human face printed on it.
- Cat Café Steamer-style Vanity Pouch: ¥4,290
A vanity pouch designed to look like a “seiro,” or bamboo steamer, from the Cat Café, complete with a branded logo and an inner lining featuring a print of the series’ characters.
- Ranma and Akane Jacquard-Woven Handkerchief: ¥1,320
A 100% cotton handkerchief with a jacquard weave that recreates the famous scene of Ranma and Akane touching foreheads, designed to look like a single piece of art.
- Ranma’s Sheer Socks: ¥1,760
A pair of sheer socks inspired by Ranma’s china fashion, featuring a peony flower pattern on the front and a playful, kettle-themed design on the back.
- Shampoo’s Sheer Socks: ¥1,760
A purple-based pair of sheer socks inspired by Shampoo’s outfit, with a butterfly print on the front and a design of her signature weapons on the back.
- Tassel-Wobbling, Appliqué-style Gadget Pouch: ¥3,960
A pop-art style gadget pouch made of faux leather, decorated with patch-style illustrations of the characters and a red tassel on the zipper.
- “Splash!” Ranma and Genma Sweatshirt: ¥6,490
A sweatshirt that comically recreates the transformation scene, with the onomatopoeia “Basha!” (“Splash!”) rendered in a fluffy Sagara embroidery on the front, and a print of female Ranma and panda Genma on the back.
- “Become Genma!” Fluffy Hooded Snood: ¥3,960
A soft, boa material hooded snood that allows the wearer to transform into the panda form of the character Genma, complete with his embroidered face and long, protruding ears.
A special gift-with-purchase campaign is also being held.
Customers who pre-order two or more items from the collection at the same time will receive a free, exclusive sticker with their order.
The new Ranma 1/2 collection is being sold on a made-to-order basis, and pre-orders for all items are now open on the official Felissimo web store until the 13th of October, 2025.
