Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc may have the two best movie popcorn buckets of the year

The upcoming release of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc is being celebrated with what may be two of the best and most creative collectible popcorn buckets for any film this year.
The film recently held its world premiere in Tokyo, ahead of its release in Japanese theatres.

Two different, exclusive designs have been announced, one for the Japanese release and one for the U.S. release, each with a completely different but equally charming and fitting designs based around the film and its characters.
For the film’s release in Japan, the cinema chain T-Joy is releasing a “Chainsaw Man Head Popcorn Box,” priced at ¥3,900.

This incredible collectible is a detailed recreation of Chainsaw Man’s own head, and it even features a gimmick that allows its mouth to open and close.
The T-Joy theaters in Japan will also be selling “Chainsaw Churritos” for ¥800.

This themed churro comes in a special bag, and customers who purchase it will receive a free, random “movie ticket-style clear card” as a bonus, with a total of eight different designs to collect.
A separate, theater-exclusive original drink holder will also be available for ¥1,000.

For the U.S. release of the film, the American cinema chain Cinemark has revealed the best look yet at a popcorn bucket designed to look exactly like the fan-favorite Devil dog, Pochita.
This same bucket is also rumored to be set for sale at AMC Theatres within the U.S.

Specific pricing and availability for the Cinemark Pochita popcorn bucket has not been announced and is expected to be revealed closer to the film’s release date.

These two highly desirable items are expected to be a part of a larger, global lineup of creative concession stand merchandise for the film, with many cinema chains yet to reveal their exclusive goods.
The new film is the first-ever theatrical feature for the massively popular series and adapts the fan-favorite “Reze Arc” from the original manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto.

The theatrical release of the movie in Japan, and the general sale of the concession items, are both scheduled to begin on Friday, the 19th of September.
A special, advance sale of the concession items will be held at the T-Joy Hakata location starting tonight at 10:00 PM to coincide with the earliest screening of the film.
The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on Friday, the 24th of October.
