New Vinyl Soundtrack Released for Gundam: IBO’s 10th Anniversary

A new vinyl record has been announced for the soundtrack of the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.
The “Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary Soundtrack Collection” offers a new way to experience the iconic and beloved music from the 2015 anime series.

The physical vinyl record features a curated selection of 16 famous tracks from the show’s score, which was composed by Masaru Yokoyama.
First airing in October 2015, the series is set in the Post Disaster timeline, approximately 300 years after a great conflict known as the Calamity War.

Distinguished by its gritty narrative and lack of beam weaponry, the story focuses on a group of child soldiers on Mars who form the mercenary group Tekkadan.
Led by Orga Itsuka and the pilot Mikazuki Augus, they fight for independence and survival using the Gundam Barbatos, a relic of the past that utilizes the controversial Alaya-Vijnana System to interface directly with its pilot.

The jacket for the vinyl features a brand new illustration drawn by the original character designer, Yuu Ito, depicting the members of Tekkadan including Mikazuki Augus and Orga Itsuka.
The tracklist for the vinyl is as follows:
- Side A
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans
- Strengths Focus
- Make You Believe
- Speculative Methods
- Dual for Life
- Defenders of the Wild
- Different Definitions

Various retailer bonuses are available for early purchasers, such as a clear jacket from the A-on STORE and a Mega Jacket from Amazon.

The album will also be sold at the “Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary Event – Festival of Iron,” taking place at the Tachikawa Stage Garden on Sunday, February 15, 2026, where attendees will receive an exclusive LP-size shopper bag with their purchase.
