BLEACH Announces Its Biggest-Ever Official Fan Event for 2027 to Celebrate Anime’s Conclusion
Image by James RichardsonBLEACH is preparing its biggest official event yet, with a huge two-day celebration announced for 2027 to mark the conclusion of the long-running TV anime.
Called “BLEACH FES.,” the premium finale event will bring together a large number of the anime’s voice cast for live performances and special programming built around the end of the series.
BLEACH began as Tite Kubo’s manga in 2001 before receiving its TV anime adaptation in 2004, following Ichigo Kurosaki after he gains the powers of a Soul Reaper and becomes drawn into conflicts spanning the Human World, Soul Society, Hueco Mundo and beyond.
The original anime ended in 2012 before returning a decade later with BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, finally adapting the manga’s concluding storyline across a new multi-part production that began in 2022.
Its fourth and final cour, BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity, began airing in July 2026 and is currently bringing the anime’s remaining battles and storylines to their conclusion.
The upcoming BLEACH FES. will serve as a large-scale farewell celebration for that completed anime journey, with live voice acting confirmed alongside additional event-exclusive performances and features that have yet to be fully revealed.
A new teaser visual has also been created specifically for the event by BLEACH anime character designer Masashi Kudo, recreating the composition of the manga’s original Volume 1 cover with a modern version of Ichigo.
The choice brings the series back to one of its earliest and most recognizable pieces of artwork, connecting the anime’s finale with imagery from the very beginning of Ichigo’s story.
Different guest lineups have been announced for each day, although several of BLEACH’s central cast members will appear across the entire weekend.
The currently confirmed February 27 lineup includes:

- Fumihiko Tachiki – Kenpachi Zaraki
- Sho Hayami – Sosuke Aizen
- Koji Yusa – Gin Ichimaru
- Daisuke Namikawa – Ulquiorra Cifer
- Junichi Suwabe – Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez
The currently confirmed February 28 lineup includes:

More guests are still expected to be announced for both days, meaning the already large cast lineup isn’t yet complete.
The event arrives during a busy period for BLEACH, with the franchise also celebrating its 25th anniversary through projects including the BLEACH THE STORIES OF ICHIGO exhibition and merchandise event, which looks back across Ichigo’s different appearances throughout the anime.
Bandai has also just released its latest BLEACH Ichiban Kuji collection, introducing the first official MASTERLISE figure of the anime-original Blood Chains Ichigo form alongside adult Toshiro Hitsugaya, Yoruichi Shihouin and Kenpachi Zaraki.
BLEACH FES. will take place at Makuhari Messe’s Makuhari Event Hall in Chiba on February 27 and 28, 2027, with doors opening at 3:00 PM and the event beginning at 4:30 PM on both days.
General reserved seats are priced at ¥11,000 (approximately $70 USD / £52 GBP), while a ¥15,000 (approximately $96 USD / £71 GBP) merchandise package includes reserved seating alongside an event-exclusive T-shirt set, custom embroidered patch and storage box featuring original artwork.
The first ticket lottery is now open and will accept applications until October 31 at 11:59 PM JST, with successful applicants scheduled to be announced from November 6.
Members of Tite Kubo’s official Klub Outside fan club who hold Elite status can also access a dedicated lottery option, with successful attendees receiving an exclusive sticker featuring Kubo’s original design artwork for Blood Chains Ichigo when they enter the event.
