BLEACH Celebrates Ichigo’s Evolution with Exclusive New 25th Anniversary Merch Collection

Ichigo Kurosaki’s journey from his days as a Substitute Soul Reaper through to his final form is being celebrated with a new BLEACH merchandise collection featuring artwork from across the anime series.
The collection will be available at the “BLEACH THE STORIES OF ICHIGO” pop-up store and exhibition event, opening at Seibu Shibuya in Tokyo during September 2026 before heading to Shinsaibashi PARCO in Osaka later in the year.

Created to commemorate the currently airing final cour of BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, as well as the 25th anniversary of BLEACH, the event places Ichigo at its center through large displays featuring THE STORIES VISUAL artwork produced at different milestones throughout the series.

BLEACH began as Tite Kubo’s manga about teenager Ichigo Kurosaki, whose encounter with Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki leads to him gaining Soul Reaper powers and becoming involved in battles against Hollows and increasingly powerful supernatural enemies.

A total of 19 new pieces of merchandise have been announced, combining the more serious artwork used throughout the exhibition with newly created chibi illustrations and distinctly BLEACH-inspired items based on Zanpakuto, memorable dialogue and other elements from the series:

The chibi badges and smartphone stickers include characters other than Ichigo, giving the wider BLEACH cast a presence within a collection otherwise heavily focused on the series’ protagonist.
Visitors spending ¥3,300 (approx. $22 USD/ £17 GBP) in a single transaction at the venue will also receive one random clear bookmark featuring THE STORIES VISUAL artwork of Ichigo.

Tokyo’s bonus campaign will be divided into three periods with five different bookmark designs available from September 4 to September 18, another five from September 19 to September 26 and the final five from September 27 to October 4, creating 15 designs across the full run.
The bookmark design cannot be selected and each version will only be distributed while stocks last, while details of the corresponding Osaka campaign are set to be announced at a later date.
The Tokyo venue will also use its larger floor space for a number of substantial displays dedicated to Ichigo, while the Osaka edition is expected to introduce additional merchandise and may feature some differences in its exhibition content.
A photo spot decorated with the event’s chibi characters will also be available alongside HARTi Photo, a smart photo machine that lets visitors take and print a picture using an event-exclusive frame once for free with each receipt.

The HARTi Photo frame artwork will be revealed at a later date and additional designs may be introduced during the event, while access to the machine could switch to a numbered-ticket system during particularly busy periods.
Admission to BLEACH THE STORIES OF ICHIGO is free, although the first three days of the Tokyo event from September 4 to September 6 will require advance reservations to manage crowds, including for visitors who only want to see the exhibition without purchasing merchandise.
Applications for these dates are being accepted through the official BLEACH_ICHIGO_POPUP LINE account from 6:00 p.m. on August 10 until 11:59 p.m. on August 13, 2026, with lottery results scheduled to be announced at approximately 6:00 p.m. on August 15.
Each person can submit up to three preferred slots and may win a maximum of two, with applications allowing up to two tickets per time slot and children of elementary school age or younger permitted to accompany attendees.
Depending on reservation levels, same-day tickets may also be offered through the lottery page on a first-come basis from 8:00 a.m. on each event day.
Free admission without advance booking is currently planned from the fourth day onward, although entry restrictions or numbered tickets may still be introduced when the venue is busy and visitors are advised to check the official X account for the latest information.
