Big Walk Launches August 4 on PC, PS5, and Switch 2 with PlayStation Plus Inclusion

Publisher Panic and developer House House have officially announced that their cooperative multiplayer adventure Big Walk will be released on August 4, 2026.
The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and PC through both Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The announcement specifically confirmed a new version for the Switch 2 console, which is currently available on the market.
In a significant move for subscribers, the PlayStation 5 edition will be included as a PlayStation Plus Monthly Game starting on its launch day.

Big Walk is described as a cooperative experience centered around teamwork and communication within a vast open world filled with puzzles and challenges.
Players can explore the environment with friends while using various tools such as walkie-talkies, laser pointers, and binoculars to stay in contact.

The game features a proximity voice chat system that realistically simulates audio effects like echoes in corridors or muffling through walls.
Beyond puzzle solving, the title encourages social interaction by allowing players to hang out, watch sunsets, or engage in playful activities with group members.

The experience is designed to be flexible, supporting anywhere from a focused 2 player session to a more chaotic 12 player group.
Cross-play functionality will be supported at launch, allowing friends to play together regardless of their chosen hardware platform.

This project follows the success of the studio’s previous title Untitled Goose Game and aims to provide a handcrafted journey intended to be played from start to finish.
