BAPE launches new Def Jam collab collection with the help of hip-hop icons Redman and Onyx

Japanese streetwear brand BAPE (A BATHING APE®) has announced a new collaboration with the iconic hip-hop culture brand, Def Jam Enterprises.

The new collection is a fusion of hip-hop culture and fashion, and it is built around the theme of “FEARLESS EXPRESSION.”

The campaign’s visual artwork features two legendary artists from the world of hip-hop, Onyx and Redman.

This new partnership features a lineup of classic BAPE items, all of which have been reimagined with a special, collaboration-exclusive camouflage pattern.

A highlight of the collection is a new version of BAPE’s most iconic item, the “Shark Full Zip Hoodie.”

This special-edition hoodie features the word “DEF” on the hood, in place of the usual “WGM” (World Gone Mad) appliqué.
