Bandai Confirms US Re-Release for Exclusive MG Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW Gunpla Kit
Image by Charlotte DavisThe MG 1/100 Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW is getting another US re-release through Premium Bandai, bringing Trowa Barton’s heavily armed Endless Waltz mobile suit back into stock for Gundam Wing fans.
This latest round of availability follows the kit’s second-place finish in the Premium Bandai Gunpla General Election 2026 fan vote, where it ranked among the most popular exclusive Gunpla releases that fans would like to see reissued.

Heavyarms Custom EW is not returning alone either, with Premium Bandai US launching a much larger wave of Gundam Wing restocks that includes several sought-after Master Grade releases, the RG Tallgeese III, and a Gundam Wing G-UNIT kit.
Every kit in the new wave is a Premium Bandai exclusive, making this a particularly good opportunity for collectors who have been waiting for another chance to fill gaps in an Endless Waltz collection.
Let’s take a look at the returning MG Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW and the other kits that are now available to order in more detail!
MG 1/100 GUNDAM HEAVYARMS CUSTOM EW – $69

The MG Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW recreates Trowa Barton’s blue and white mobile suit from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, with its huge weapon loadout remaining the defining feature of the build.

Two large Double Gatling Guns provide its primary armament and can be carried on the arms or mounted behind the mobile suit when not in use, creating several different options for displaying the completed kit.

The real attraction comes when its armor is opened, revealing missile launchers across the shoulders and legs alongside the four-barrel machine cannons built into the chest.

This allows Heavyarms Custom EW to recreate the fully armed firing poses that made the mobile suit one of the most memorable designs in Endless Waltz, while the Master Grade scale gives the numerous opening hatches and internal weapons plenty of presence in a collection.

Bandai also includes the distinctive clown mask associated with Trowa, alongside dedicated pilot figures and water-slide decals for adding further detail to the finished model.

Quatre Raberba Winner’s Gundam Sandrock Custom EW is another major Endless Waltz return, combining its white, gray, and purple color scheme with the oversized pair of Heat Shotels that define the close-combat mobile suit.

One of its biggest attractions is the included anti-beam cloak, which can be wrapped around the upper body to recreate Sandrock Custom’s memorable covered appearance from Endless Waltz.

The cloak can also be removed to expose the complete mobile suit and free up the arms for more dynamic Heat Shotel poses, giving builders two very different ways to present the finished model.

The newer Armadillo Lizard takes Gundam Sandrock in a much heavier direction, adapting equipment from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz – Glory of the Losers into an unusually imposing Master Grade build.

Its standout additions are two enormous missile pods positioned above redesigned shields, with 48 missiles carried on each side for a total loadout of 96.

The missile pod hatches can be opened to expose the complete payload, while articulated support arms allow the additional equipment to be repositioned around the mobile suit.

Sandrock still carries its pair of Heat Shotels and Beam Machine Gun, giving the completed model a mixture of its familiar close-range weapons and the far greater firepower provided by the Armadillo Lizard equipment.

- MG 1/100 TALLGEESE III
– $65

Zechs Merquise’s Tallgeese III is also back, bringing the heavily armed final evolution of the Tallgeese from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz back to Premium Bandai US in Master Grade form.

Its enormous Mega Cannon is easily the centerpiece of the kit and can expand into its full firing configuration for some of Tallgeese III’s most recognizable poses.

The accompanying shield carries the mobile suit’s flexible Heat Rod and stores its Beam Sabers, while the large rear thruster assemblies can open to expose the internal verniers and emphasize the extreme propulsion associated with the Tallgeese series.

- RG 1/144 TALLGEESE Ⅲ
– $41

Tallgeese III is also available as a returning Real Grade, providing a smaller and less expensive alternative while retaining the major equipment that makes the mobile suit distinctive.

Its Mega Cannon can switch between closed and deployed configurations without replacement parts, while the flexible Heat Rod can be curved into wide sweeping shapes for attack poses.

The shield, Beam Sabers, distinctive three-part face, and enlarged shoulder armor are all recreated, combining Tallgeese III’s Endless Waltz appearance with the additional surface detail and articulation expected from the Real Grade line.

Premium Bandai US has also brought back the earlier MG Gundam Sandrock EW Armadillo Unit, giving collectors the unusual opportunity to choose between two different interpretations of Sandrock’s additional equipment.

This version surrounds the upper body with additional defensive armor and large shoulder-mounted shield boosters, while extra thrusters around the backpack help give the heavily equipped Sandrock a much bulkier appearance.

Its twin Heat Shotels remain central to the weapon loadout, while a Beam Machine Gun provides a ranged option and can be stored alongside the additional equipment when it is not being used.

Having both versions available together makes the current restock particularly interesting for Sandrock fans, with the Armadillo Unit focusing more heavily on armor and mobility while the newer Armadillo Lizard adds its enormous missile payload.

There is also a Gundam Wing-adjacent addition to the wave, with the Premium Bandai exclusive HG 1/144 Gundam Aesculapius from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-UNIT returning alongside the Endless Waltz kits.

The distinctive purple mobile suit can switch between its Normal Mode and far more imposing Assault Mode, giving the completed model two noticeably different appearances.

Its equipment includes a Beam Rifle and dedicated shield, making Aesculapius an interesting addition for collectors looking to expand beyond the mobile suits featured in the main Gundam Wing television series and Endless Waltz.

All seven Premium Bandai exclusive kits are available to order now through Premium Bandai US, whilst stocks last.
