Attack on Titan heels inspired by Levi and Hange go on sale

A new collection of anime inspired footwear has been created by popular Japanese fashion brand MAYLA, who recently announced a new line of Cardcaptor Sakura themed loungewear.

The Attack on Titan “Battle Heels” range will feature two sets of pump heels based on fan favourite characters Levi and Hange Zoe.

Two pairs of pump heels based on the anime series Attack on Titan, the left pair is based on the character Levi whilst the right pair is based on the character Hange.

Both pumps have accented green elements, including a green ribbon, to evoke the image of the cape of the Survey Corps that Levi and Hange belong to.

The Levi themed pumps feature more green elements on inner parts of the shoe and also feature a black gem and ribbon on the front of the shoe.

The Hange themed pumps feature purple elements on inner parts of the shoe and also feature a purple gem and ribbon on the front of the shoe.

An immense amount of detail has been included on these pumps to capture the essence of the characters and the overall aesthetic of the Attack on Titan series.

The sole of the shoes has the emblems of the Military Police, Survey Corps and Cadet Corps embossed, as well as a new emblem that features the MAYLA logo at the center.

The upper outer shoe has what is possibly the best detail of them all – a metal replica of the Thunder Spears used by the Survey Corps to battle their numerous foes.

As if all of this detail wasn’t enough, the shoes also come provided in a beautifully crafted box which features artwork from the Attack on Titan anime series.

Finally, customers who purchase either pair of heels will receive a special acrylic block, showing a touching moment in the series between Levi and Hange, as a gift.

The Attack on Titan “Battle Heels” collection are priced at 29,700 yen (approx. $199 USD/£152 GBP) and will be on sale from the 18th of October at 17:00 JST until the 18th of November at 12:00 JST via the MAYLA official website.

Customers based outside of Japan can use the World Shopping service to ship the shoes internationally.
